EBA Safety Personnel

Policy

The Board believes the key to an effective District and school safety program is the identification of persons for positions of coordination and leadership in the area of safety. While Alberta’s OH&S Act, Regulation and Code place the responsibility of compliance with the Worker and the Supervisor of the Worker, the Board delegates to the Superintendent the task of identifying a District Safety Manager/Coordinator.
