EEAB School Bus Scheduling And Routing

Policy

The Board recognizes that the proper management and administration of its student transportation services requires that school bus routes be established prior to the commencement of the school term.

The Board also recognizes that circumstances of an emergent nature arise from time-to-time and that such may require modification of established bus routes.

Guidelines

The Board delegates authority to the Superintendent to:

1.   Establish District-wide school bus route planning principles;

2.   Authorize the school bus routes established for each school year; and

3.   Establish administrative procedures regarding the modification/change of established school bus routes to accommodate emergent circumstances, and student population changes.
