Learning Assistance Centre (L.A.C.)

    Our Learning Assistance Centre (L.A.C.) provides support to all special needs students in our school. Three experienced teachers run the program, each working at their level of expertise, Grades K-2, 3-5, and 6-8. Students needing different programming are placed on an Individual Program Plans (IPPs). Many students at Dr. Clark have the extra support of teacher assistants in the classroom. Others are pulled out in small groups to work with the L.A.C. teacher on areas of need. We have resources that are second to none in the district and we are pleased to be able to give extra assistance to all students in need.
